Before: Upper jaw showing missing teeth and lost bone-structure/support
Prior to delivery: Completed acrylic fused to gold implant bridge (shown on a mirror against black background), to be fastened permanently to dental implants.
After: Completed treatment, following bone grafting, placement of eight implants and delivery of a definitive implant supported bridge (acrylic fused to metal screw-retained design)
